WHAT WE DO

At IT World we sell both Hardware and software. We specialise in selling Dell laptops, desktops and servers as well as Dell parts and peripherals.

We do sell other brands but we can offer the best pricing and value for money on Dell. Additionaly, Dell support (based on feedback from our customers) has exceeded HP support considerably in the past few years. We also sell Microsoft software in all formats – OEM, Retail or Licensing.

We do not have an on-line store.

Q: Do you hold stock of Dell computers?
A: Yes we stock many Dell systems & parts for fast delivery.

Q: Can you offer better pricing than Dell?
A: In the majority of cases we will get you a better deal than dealing direct with Dell.

Q: Can you deliver faster than dealing directly with Dell?
A: Yes, we stock many systems so can normally get one to you within 1-2 working days.

Q: Why else should I not just go to Dell Direct?
A: Each Dell Account Manager has hundreds of Accounts to deal with – your Account Manager with IT World will run between 25-50 accounts. This allows your IT World Account Manager to give you a more personalised service and makes you more valued as a customer. In terms of service, IT World staff have been known to work evenings and weekends to help a customer in trouble – this has included at times visits to customer premises. You will never get this degree of commitment to customer satisfaction from Dell or any other large company. Account Managers at Dell are also frequently changed.

We have been operating for almost 10 years and have never had to change a customer’s Account Manager. This allows a strong relationship to build between you and your Account Manager.
